Energy Treatment
An energy treatment is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow, and helps activate the natural healing processes in your body, as well as to restore your physical and emotional well-being.

Sessions include aromatherapy, sound therapy and crystals, where appropriate.

As a Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki Master and with three years of intensive training and certification at the Rhys Thomas Energy Medicine School, my healing touch treatments work to support your body and mind in reducing stressors and anxiety, manage physical symptoms, and improve general well-being. A session can be done in person or virtually, the preference is up to the client.

Akashic Record Reading
The Akashic Records are a universal library of all thoughts, feelings, and experiences. The library includes interactions with people in your life - past and present. Access to these records provides you with life lessons or unresolved experiences that you have in this life time. Asking questions in the records provide insight into your potential. divulge patterns, and highlight events that link your present and future. The Akashic Records can provide a new perspective about certain life events and can help make sense of your life and find meaning.

Intuitive, Transformational Life/Business Coaching
Intuitive transformational coaching is an opportunity to reflect on what is important in your life. It involves helping you better understand yourself and how to bring about necessary changes. My intention is to empower and support you as you access your inner power to be your authentic self in all aspects of your life. Energy work is included in the treatment.

Mala Beads
A mala bead strand is used traditionally to recite affirmations or a prayer to support one’s spiritual journey and/or personal growth.

Each strand is a one-of-a-kind design and composed with affirmations inspired by your personal, spiritual nature and goodness. The strand of beads is infused with love and Reiki.
